Here’s how shipping works.
ORDER PROCESSING
Most Scarred Society products are produced using trusted third-party print-on-demand partners. That means certain items are made after you place your order.
Processing time:
Typically 2–7 business days before dispatch.
If your order contains multiple products, they may ship separately depending on where they are produced.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
For some products, our third-party production partners set the shipping rates directly. These are based on:

Destination country

Parcel size and weight

Carrier costs
We do not manually control every shipping rate, but we always aim to keep them fair and transparent.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the product ordered.
Typical delivery estimates after dispatch:

Europe: 3–10 business days

Rest of world: 5–15+ business days
These are estimates — not guarantees. Customs processing and carrier delays are outside of our control.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS – DUTIES & TAXES
If you’re ordering from outside the country of dispatch, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your local authorities.
These charges:

Are the responsibility of the customer
Scarred Society is not responsible for delays caused by customs, nor for any additional charges required for import.
If you’re unsure whether your country applies import duties, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order.
SEPARATE SHIPMENTS
Because some products are fulfilled by different production partners, items in the same order may arrive separately.
You will receive tracking information (where available) for each shipment.
LOST OR DELAYED PARCELS
Once your order has shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned due to incorrect address details provided by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.
